Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Because our products are made in small batches, processing times may vary during high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Annabelly is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at annabellyeats@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will review the issue and do our best to help resolve it.
